Tong Wang, Esq. carries more than 25 years of experience advising US and international corporate clients (including Fortune 500 companies and in-house client) in the Greater New York area. Tong specializes in corporate and transactional matters for private companies, including cross-border business matters. Tong has practiced law in both common law and civil law countries, including representing clients in selected complex litigation and arbitration cases. Strong background in software, IT consulting, e-commerce, life science, technology centric business, foreign direct investment, intellectual property protection, M&A, and private equity funding matters. Prior to New York, Tong taught and practiced law overseas.
